I was a shipmate of JOHN BALL CTO1. We served together at NAVRESCEN, MADISON, WI. I knew him before he went onto active duty. HE IS BURIED HERE IN MADISON, WI. John was a delightful human being..and had an easy sense of humor. I can still see his infectuous smile. A good and decent man who loved his family, country and the Navy.
