You can see in three of the above photos the conversion of a 10X10 CONUS box that was intended for use as a lockup. The idea was that since this was located next to the breezeway walk, seeing sailors locked up would be a deterrent to misbehavior by those ever rowdy CT's. The legal officer eventually put an end to this bright idea in moral boosting.
