The attached photo is of Radioman Class "B" School, class 6619, which graduated 3 Jun 1966. Check out the rating badge of the second guy from the right in the first row. That's my brother, Tom Crawford. If I remember correctly, he was the first CTO to attend Radioman Class "B" School. He was, in fact, the pilot project to see if sending CTOs to the school would be beneficial to NAVSECGRU.
